Pranit Kulkarni Marathi director-lyricist passes away

Pranit Kulkarni, Marathi director and lyricist passed away in Pune on Monday (May 17) due to prolonged illness. He was 50.

Pranit Kulkarni, has made his directorial debut with superhit marathi film 'Deool Band'. He has penned songs for movies like Deool Band, Hambirrao, Mulshi Pattern and many more, a blockbuster song 'Ararara' from Mulshi Pattern, which was a huge hit among the audience has been written by him. His departure has come as a huge shock to the Marathi film industry.
