The makers of Kairee have officially announced that the film will release across Maharashtra on 12 December. Since the beginning of its shoot, the movie has generated tremendous curiosity among Marathi cinema lovers.
Directed by National Award–winning filmmaker Shantanu Ganesh Rode, Kairee promises to be a gripping romantic thriller filled with drama, suspense, and heartfelt moments.
The film features Sayali Sanjeev, Subodh Bhave, Siddharth Jadhav, Shashank Ketkar, Arun Nalawade, and Sulabha Arya in lead roles. Director Shantanu Rode brings together this power-packed cast for the audience. Interestingly, this is the first time Sayali Sanjeev and Siddharth Jadhav will be seen sharing the screen together.
Kairee has been produced under the banner of 91 Film Studios, a production house known for making films in multiple languages. Their previous Marathi blockbusters include ‘Locha Jhala Re’ and ‘Sher Shivraj’. Kairee marks their third Marathi project. The film is also made in association with Ameya Vinod Khopkar Entertainment. The producers of the film are Naveen Chandra, Nandita Rao Karnad, Swati Khopkar, and Ninad Nandkumar Battin, while Tabrez Patel serves as the co-producer.
The story is written by Swara Mokashi, cinematography is handled by Pradeep Khanvilkar, and editing is done by Manish Shirke. The film’s music is composed by Nishad Golambre and Pankaj Padghan, with background score by Sai Piyush.
